Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery so we can verify and process the issue efficiently.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used hair accessories or personal-use products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us with your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

In most cases, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup. If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to us, and applicable instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method after collecting your details.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Items purchased during special sales or clearance events may also be non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy after delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us. In such cases, we take full responsibility and ensure you are not charged.
